How long does BA take to process award refunds. Yesterday I cancelled an award issued by BA for travel domestically on Qantas. I am not expecting any or much cash back since the penalty is probably about the amount paid, but would like the Avios back. At the same time, I cancelled a QR award for travel on QR from Australia to London and the Avios were back in a couple of hours.
