Points not refunded for cancelled stays
It has been 5 days since I cancelled my 5 nights stay in May 2024 at Doubletree Osaka, and till now my 170K+ points are yet to be refunded back to my account. Contacted HH Live chat, called HH, and even sent email to Diamond desk and all they do was to redirect to other department. Worse of all, was told by the operator will take 7-14 business day to solve the issue.
Anyone encountered the same problem?
