IME, UA seems to be withholding PZ longer and longer, so, yes. Availability isn't
good anywhere, but UA seems to be resisting going to PZ>0 for much longer than they have in the past, even on flights that will obviously eventually open.

I think that seems to be the case now. Last year and early this year, id say I've been able to book over a month out without much " issue". (Other than spending hours searching). I've always stumbled across something more than a month out. I agree Summer Europe is most difficult. This is the first time I'm coming up empty
