Personally, I'd go with the Churchill, but we just generally prefer that area for the things we tend to do when in London.

Marble arch station has ZERO elevators and lots of stairs from street level to ticket barriers..
Blackfriars station does not have this problem, as they have escalators the whole way up (or down).
