For sleep row 4 is the best option as while the length is the same there is a little more room at the feet end to move around
I know the seats are supposed to be the same as the A330 but seats where you sit next to a travelling companion are smaller on the 321LR than on the 330. Still plenty or room but a bit more snug and closer together.
