I submitted a missing miles request for the other 0.5x miles/LPs not awarded. I was awarded 1125 miles & 1463 LPs. The original 900 RM miles were reversed, but not the original 975 LPs.
Best part of this for me was that the corrected transaction came through within 2 business days of the request submission. No beating around the bush or going back and forth over email.
