Ticket Amendment "On Request" 10 Days & Counting
I have a confirmed AA award ticket on QR DOH-ATH showing no baggage allowance on the QR website. Per the knowledge on this thread, I asked AA to amend the ticket to make sure it showed my baggage allowance. Agent replied that they did so, but 10 days later AA website still shows my ticket "On Request", and there's no change to my "0" baggage allowance on the QR app. I inquired with AA after a week and was told that my ticket was in a queue and that they would get to it in turn. How long should I be waiting, or should I try again? Thanks.
