Comments: Upon arrival front desk associate informed me there was a service issue with the two bedroom suite. Originally offered two queen studio as an alternate arrangement for the first night and then move into two bedroom suite for the remainder of the stay . I politely pushed back that we didn't want to move during the stay and was offered two x one queen studio rooms for the duration of the stay. My daughter was thrilled to have her own room. I was also offered to have complimentary breakfast at the Courtyard accross the parking lot the next morning. While we didn't partake of it and stuck with the TPS breakfast, I appreciated the gesture. Unsolicited, the rooms division manager wrote to me the next morning and also deposited 30K bonus points in my account for the inconvenience.
TL;DR property went above and beyond on the service recovery! Front desk associate was cordial and helpful during the alternate room arrangements negotiation.
I have stayed there before, though only as a Gold, and the staff were just top-notch. It's a shame that it and the CY are always so expensive (though I understand why, given the airport and its clientele).
