Back on the original topic, while I wouldn't have racked up a £700 phone bill calling BA, if I had I would claim for the lot. They might not pay it all, but they might, so worth sending it all in. I don't see any benefit to only claiming some of it.

Given it was all spent trying to get hold of someone at BA who could help I don't think it's entirely unreasonable that they should pay it.
