No, in F pyjamas seem to be handed out on most flights and where they are not (on short-ish day flights maybe), you can request them and you will get them (unless they are not loaded which has never happened to me).
Once, on a AMS/DXB daytime flight (about 6 hours I think), I was asked if I wanted them. I said there was no need and a few minutes later the FA appeared with the obligatory tote bag with PJ’s, slippers and amenity kit. Load was 2/14 and I guess she had noting better to do….. Was nice to have my private FA (who explained she was relatively new to F and went out of her way to make sure I was well looked after).
