12/21 flights this year have touched SFO. Only one was delayed by more than a few minutes, an arrival, held on the ground at MSP for 1.5 hours.

I also had a three hour delay from SLC on 12/29. That was weather and I think it was before the closure started though.

The original announcement was that 28L would re-open 'no later than' July 1.
