Has anyone successfully applied a Nightly Upgrade Award (NUA) at this hotel. I have a room booked around New Year's eve and the reservation does not even allow me to submit request to use the NUA - just says reservation isn't eligible for an upgrade? Not that I am expecting a huge upgrade but checking data points to see if any real value of NUA in prime locations. Tks.
