Thanks for the review, confirms my personal experience from a year ago. It seems there are 2 distinct groups: those who are wowed by the hard product and the Aman brand prestige, so Aman NY is great because they spend a lot of money and it must be great and period. And then there are those who come with Aman-experience, critically look at at service and flaws, and end up leaving disappointed.
The issue with the stained cushions speaks volumes, and it's unforgivable. Just get a second set and wash them once a week.
