Your current PNR (6 character reference) will have 2 e-tickets associate with it. In my opinion would need to split the PNR so each e-ticket has its own PNR. Will depend a *lot* on the airline that issued the tickets.

Our tickets were issued by QF, so I can seperate the ticket online?
