There is a lot of recommendation for using Skype to make phone calls (hindsight for the OP, unfortunately). Is there a guide on this forum for using Skype to call BA? I've never used Skype before (but am well versed in Whatsapp or FaceTime). Have just installed it and not quite sure how I would use it to call BA. It wants me to load money onto it?

I suppose BA is not like banks who accept reverse charges calls for overseas customers?
