While FlyingBlue is the logical programme to join there, why would you do the status match to FlyingBlue and then fly easyJet from Liverpool rather than Air France or KLM from Manchester?
The easyJet offering to Amsterdam from Liverpool is also pretty limited (usually once daily) and it is only sometimes in the morning - many days it's in the late afternoon which is pretty hopeless.
