Right now it is taking GP CS weeks to get to e-mails. I am still waiting after two weeks for my last request for missing points. Last year I would send a e-mail on Sat and by Sun the problem would be fixed. They have a major problem right now with taking care of their customer's e-mail requests. If you need it anytime soon you better call them.
Update I just had my points added to my account today from my Jan 3rd e-mail.
