I would like to see the WestJet partnership persist, but would also be grateful for more options to eastern Canada. If the WestJet relationship does end, I hope Delta increases its Calgary and Vancouver flying and resumes flights to Edmonton.
Getting from NYC to anywhere in eastern Canada other than YYZ/YUL has become so difficult and expensive over the past year or so. With both WS and AC cutting back, it's really annoying to fly to secondary Canadian cities. At least UA flies from EWR to YQB and YOW, but that requires a schlep to New Jersey. I sorely miss WS.
