This is the cancellation policy from another property and it actually makes sense b/c of better grammar:

Cancellation Policy
11:59pm Hotel Time 1 Day Before Arrival Or Pay 1 Night Fee/Credit Card Required


See the difference? First one left out the word "pay" which makes it a little bit confusing. Hyatt needs to hire someone with a English degree who knows how to write a simple sentence. Grammar rant over. Yes, neither of them are complete sentences but the 2nd one makes more sense.
