It would be helpful if OP would submit more data on dates/routes/times (example below)

One would expect EBCI to be more popular on longer flights, business flights, etc. where customers value seat selection and overhead space.

For example, I would not expect EBCI to be as popular on intra-California or intra-Florida routes.

Good point, there is an overlay of A-list passengers and EBCI will bring less value on elite-heavy routes.

Still I'm surprised at DEN-SLC - is this a big commuter route? Cause it's not a long flight

who would actually pay $26 to reserve a middle seat on Frontier? Maybe a family? Seriously.

This makes WN look like a bargain as I pay $20 for EBCI and can save an entire row (but that's the subject of another thread)
