This happened to me last year. I called up Chase and VS, but neither was able to help me. I ended up transferring points over from C1 foregoing the transfer bonus I would have gotten had I been able to transfer my Chase UR points over to VS.
Yeah the transfer went through. I didn't watch carefully to see how many hours but it was there within 24 hours.
