Based on what i've read on some forums, if you had already issued a ticket for an existing nominee, and you later remove this nominee, that nominee can still fly, provided you do not touch the ticket i.e. no further changes, cancellations etc. Coz if you attempt any changes to that ticket, you will run into trouble with miles deduction / redeposit etc.

Correct, and to the OP, while what you are trying to do may be perfectly legitimate (you are generous with your miles and have many family and friends), the pattern this shows to the Krisflyer team is exactly what folks would do that bought the miles in a KF account (incl. the acess to it). So there is a chance that your account could be flagged and transactions reviewed and you may have to supply proof of your relationship and such. Especially if you maxed out your nominees and now want to remove several / all of them and add new ones.
Just be aware, I'm not saying it'll happen, but there is a risk there. YMMV.
Thanks for all the feedback. I am KFEG and have already met the 6 month requirement.
I'll bear this all in mind. I'm not planning to switch around frequently. I just need it for this particular event I'm flying to.
