Question Help with bringing supplements (and meds) around Asia!

I'm big into nutrition. It's probably my biggest hobby. I like seeing what nutritional supplements are helpful for a few different medical conditions. Basically these are over-the-counter supplements (not illegal) but also not very common ones.

I'm in Singapore now which has standard "90 days supply" rule on supplements. Easy and straight-forward. There were no issues or worries with bringing my supplements into Singapore.

However, I am worried because I'm planning to several several countries in Asia over the next several months (as a tourist).. a few countries off the top of my head:
Thailand
Indonesia
Malaysia
Laos
Vietnam

I've been to all of these countries before in the past, however, that was before I was traveling with many supplements and medicines.
I've been disappointed looking up the basic regulations for those four countries.. as Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia all seem to have a "30 day supply" rule. This just doesn't seem practical however as supplements generally come in bottles with 90 - 180 days by default. What do other people do regarding this?

I'd like to know especially for Indonesia and Thailand specifically how risky it would be traveling with 30 different kinds of supplements with supplies ranging between 30 - 180 days? Which will all be for obvious personal consumption.. as all of the bottles will have been already opened.

This time I'm also traveling with several personal medications to treat medical conditions (autoimmune, mental health) etc. I also have concerns about this. Thailand seems to have a fairly straight-forward online interface for applying for permission for medicines that requires it. Not all of my medicines requires permission but a few of them might. For example, I'm traveling with 1 year supply of an injectable Crohn's Disease medication that is not even available in Asia. Due to space and needing to keep the medicine temperature controlled.. I had to open the boxes and separate the medicine part from the injector part. I realize that most countries have an "original packing" indication.. however, in this case.. I needed to open and separate the parts in order to be able to actually transport the medicine in a cooler. I wasn't searched when entering Singapore, however, I think customs would have been understanding about this.

How about Indonesia and Thailand? If I do get searched.. Is Indonesia especially going to ask for bribes? Either over my supplements or the opened boxes of the injectable med (I still have the original boxes and instructions folded up). I'm also traveling with Ritalin and Clonazepam but only 30 days supply each (going by the instructions). Doctor wrote the prescriptions to say 30 days but in actuality both of those meds are "as needed."

What worries me is Indonesia (and Malaysia and Vietnam and Laos) seem to not have an online approval system. So no way to get that peace of mind approval in advance like I did for Singapore before traveling with the crohn's meds, Ritalin and Clonazepam (30 days supply but controlled). That helped put my mind at ease as I had the approval letters from Singapore before entering Singapore. Now that I'm getting ready to enter Indonesia in a few weeks.. but I don't have any approval letters because they have no such system.

I reached out to Indonesian customs to ask questions about what to do. They give a very vague answer about just bring a doctor's letter.. which I have.. but can I anticipate having issues upon arrival with 1 year of injectable Crohn's meds, Ritalin, Clonazepam, and about 30 kinds of supplements? What are other people's experiences with traveling with supplements and meds? How strict is the 30 day thing? Most countries seem to have a 90 day rule.. so I am disappointed to get here and look around the region and see a 30 day rule that doesn't seem practical nor realistic since supplements generally aren't even sold in that quantity. ugh

So those are my questions and just curious for any insight into this situation. TIA
