Having mm status makes it nice to play the field. Loyalty works 2 ways. Last time had a really negative experience on a misconnect through EWR.
I frequently head to Baltimore/DC and Southwest is my choice through PBI. I hate FLL as parking is a zoo. Just pay the extra money for autocheckin and general get a A 20 or so boarding.

Been flying LH/Eurowings or Virgin/BA out of MCO (in Biz) to avoid the zoo at EWR or the ATC delays we get in Florida which cause 2+ hour ground stop delays through JAX Center and the NY Metroplex.
