Aren't you supposed to be able to have breakfast in the hotel restaurant if the hotel has no lounge or the lounge is closed in addition to the $10 F&B voucher as that's your amenity?
It had a pantry, which I suppose qualifies as a lounge. I enjoyed a single-serve bowl of Rice Krispies with shelf-stable half-n-half and an apple for breakfast.
