Are you talking about this card = https://www.bankofamerica.com/credit...e-credit-card/ ?

If thats the case then = 60 XP (Experience Points) upon approval + 20 XP every year on your account anniversary - Earn an additional 40 XP (totaling 60 XP) on your account anniversary after you spend $15,000 or more on purchases within the anniversary year

The 100xp you mentionned are probably based on this "Limited-Time online offer: Earn 70,000 Bonus Miles plus 40 XP (Experience Points) after you make $3,000 or more in purchases within the first 90 days of your account opening. Plus, get 60 XP upon approval!"

if we are talking about same card and you future situation right after approval then no , then no , you will need 100-22-60 = 18xp to reach silver , regardless if it falls under the online offer

Then , if it does fall under this offer and you do spend more than 3k in less than 90 days yes you should receive 40 extra xp

After approval , to reach gold you would need 180+18 = 198xp to reach gold , up to you to decide how you will get those

Beware that skyteam rules are more restrictive when flying domestic flights in most countries , US + Mexico for instance , in addition of DL new crackdown on crowds in lounges
