LaLa, you almost caused me to spew a mouthful of diet coke over the monitor!
In my house we prefer Rhodesian Ridgeback slobber, and it too is quite difficult to get out.
Just before the Christmas holidays my son's prep school blazer picked up a nice big smear down his left arm (from the car commute to and from school - it is the dog's reason for living) and I couldn't erase the evidence completely no matter what I did. I had to let him wear the jacket to his "good suit" while the blazer was at the cleaners.
To stay on topic.... I live in black. I started this back when I first hit the road for my business and now my closet looks like a Goth Girls haven. If I have no other way to de-lint myself, a damp washcloth does quite a good job. Even if the washcloth is white, the dampness seems to both remove lint that is on me and to prevent the white washcloth from adding to the mess.
