From what I've seen, it's happened to dozens of people. I'm guessing that they implemented some automated system, and now they're under a deluge of cases that they are not adequately equipped to handle, so the communication is slow, they're using a facade of "stolen awards" to buy themselves time when in most cases (like yours) that's known to not be the case. I believe in due time you will be cleared but of course if you're being affected that's not an appropriate resolution. Sorry for the trouble you're experiencing.
