Bumping. I was in F lnight from JFK to LHR. IFE worked but seat had to be manually adjusted by two cabin crew to only partially recline. I wasn't made aware until after takeoff, and both F and J were full. The crew were excellent. I was offered 120K Avios in the morning, but I declined because I wanted to speak to customer service. It now sounds like I could get a little more. I seem to be one of the few who still value Avios; so that ma be sufficient comp for me, but I do feel the seat issue should have been communicated to me pre-flight as it was known to BA earlier in the day
