Was the $18 based on the actual meter or an agreed-upon fare? I'll need to go from the airport to the Hyatt Regency, which is a 5km ride (Crowne Plaza is 4km).

I understand there is no Uber or Lyft in Guam, but there is a local app called Stroll. Anybody has experience with that?
