Paid for seats last July, showing on United site but not TAP site or app
Last July I booked through UA RDU-EWR-LHR-LIS-IAD-RDU. I have an EMD receipt. I understood my seat assignment was 6C/6D on the Airbus A320 which I believe might be business class or premium economy. I believe it's just the same 3-3 seating as economy. Am I in business or coach and is there any meal service in this section?
The problem is the seat assignments finally showed up on the UNITED itinerary / booking. But I cannot see them anywhere on TAP website or TAP smartphone app. In fact the app seems to think I don't have a seat assignment.
Trip is in 2 weeks. Maybe I'm not looking in the right place?
I just called TAP Customer Service and/or Reservations and got hung up on while on hold. Is there online support? An email? A chat session?
EDIT I found a screenshot of our seat numbers and I see our ticket numbers have changed.
I finally was able to reach the helpdesk. They fixed the seat assignment but they couldn’t explain what happened.
