Explore, What exactly did you have in mind for them to pack? Were you thinking the restaurant will gather some sweet rolls, fruit, juice (whatever) and save it for you till lunchtime? It would have to be cold items. I'm not sure what you have in mind. I think your request is kind of a longshot, but obviously you can give it a try. The only thing I can think of that's somewhat comparable is the Hyatt SFO gives (or used to give until they reopened RC) breakfast certs that can be used in their very nice bakery-deli. When I had a very early flight, I'd get things from there the night before then take them with me to go early in the a.m. But in the case of the 3 Hyatts you listed, they don't have a bakery-deli. Most Hyatts are pretty strict about the breakfast hours listed on the certs, so it doesn't seem likely they'd let you use them at noon. Let us know if you have any luck.
