per-location basis:
Guest access is per-visit (note: "visit" not capitalized), per-location basis.
This is from American Express site, they do capitalize Visit for the Guest access fee in the terms and conditions.
"During a Visit, Eligible Card Members may bring either up to two (2) guests, or their immediate family (spouse/domestic partner and children under 21) to the Club (including Grab and Go) at a per-Visit rate of $50 per person. The Eligible Card must be used as the payment method to purchase Card Member and guest access. Guests must also be flying on a same-day Delta-marketed or Delta-operated flight or Delta partner airline flight and be accompanied by the Eligible Card Member. Children under 2 years of age may accompany the Eligible Card Member for free.
But you are correct the guest passes (at least as of yet) don't have this specification... Ugh, that would suck if they don't treat these as a capital V Visit.
