Am I the only person who's confused about why the YVR catered flights are also being impacted here?

I would be less surprised if this was a YYZ-BGI-YYZ turn, or some similar route where they double cater for the entire round trip based on a YYZ departure ...

But last I read, YVR was still considered one of the AC hubs - so there's really no excuse for not catering a flight to YYZ. Heck, they should be double catering those flights from YVR ...
