I chatted with Hyatt via the website, and asked them to apply a GOH to my existing prepaid reservation.
Chat agent said that because the prepaid rate is not refundable and not changeable, I cannot apply my GOH award to the stay. Is this accurate? and is there anyway around this? Would calling Hyatt change anything?
