Send in a complaint through the website form and explain the issue. It has to get escalated/sent to another department for manual processing to fix the missing revenue. Sounds like you keep getting phone agents who don't know or don't want to bother to contact somebody who can help.
The phone agents claimed they spoke to the skymiles department to process it and to wait a week but who knows.
I submitted via form a littler while ago, let's see if this gets it done. All just a bit ridiculous.
