That's not true. I fly JL31 to BKK a lot, never add a zero in front of it in Manage Bookings. I also have JL6 to JFK in a couple of months and don't need any zeros in front of it to get my res to come up.

Could be a middle name issue? JL isn't good with those, if there's a middle name in the reservation then it might require FirstMiddle with no space.
