If I gift a GoH to myself, I receive the Globalist benefits I’d be receiving anyway. So the ONLY benefit of using the GoH for myself would be the one-night credit, no? Which I’m not getting?
Sounds like these new certs are a boon to traders, but for regular Hyatt guests who don’t want to sponsor GoH stays, the GoH certs are as useless as the club certs? I guess if you’d like to have the night credit, it makes sense to work out a circular gifting scheme.
Remember the GoH awards are now earned by reaching Milestones, starting at 40 nights. A non-Glob can gift themselves the experience promised in the WoH language.
