I have not noticed a difference in cabin temperature by position, unless you count sitting immediately adjacent to an exit door in Y, or solar heating from being on the sunny side of the a/c especially over the wing.

However, individual aircraft can vary widely due to a large number of factors, and I would expect that variance to be larger than anything else you experience.
