Maybe it's just me, but as someone using AI on a daily basis, I do not want AI coming up with my rebooking options. If they give human agents an AI autosuggestion or the like, or if they use it to triage people needing to contact an agent, maybe that's a net benefit. But I flatly will not use rebooking through chatgpt. It's a terrible idea if they connect it directly to the rebooking engine. I mean, have you seen what the current change flights function does?
Ask over in the LH forum how the chatbot re-booking is going

These can work for simple point to point irops, but yeah, I would not trust that with anything more complicated
