One or both of the longhauls in my upcoming trip were rescheduled by some trivial amount, but that alone was enough for me to explore their "chat" (in a browser, not over the phone) to view all rebooking options.
As I had a rather tight connection in ZRH on the way back, I took an option on a different airline completely with a more resilient connection. The whole thing worked rather well.
