In all of my stays in 2022 and 2023 I was upgraded to suites and given access to the executive lounge as a Hilton Gold. For my recent stay earlier this month I was informed that this is no longer the case as of March 20. Would have been nice if they informed me in advance so I could have avoided the unpleasant surprise at checkin, but there you are. So anyone who has been availing this benefit as a Gold, please note that it's no longer the case. I also got lounge access at the Hilton Clark last year. Does anyone know if the same sad news applies up there?
