I was also having problem submitting across multiple browsers and devices for the past few days, but was able to submit successfully earlier today (like 12 hours ago)... It seems like a BA website problem, which sporadically works but fails most of the time. Gotta be patient and keep trying, I suppose.
Although I haven't received any confirmation email yet, but hopefully it'll come soon...
