Just want to double check before I commit.

Out of curiousity, if Delta.com offered the same price. Would it be better to have Delta or Virgin ticket the trip?
Impossible to say without knowing the price since VS fares earn MQD based on distance flown vs. fare paid for DL fares. VS and DL have identical roughly $3K roundtrip Biz fares on BOS-DEL with basically identical fare rules -- 14 day advance purchase requirement, 7 day min stay, and flights must be booked by April 26th. Fare Basis code for DL fares is ZNN47SDD, while VS fares have fare basis code ZLS8VJJA. While they have identical fare filings on route, bucket inventory availability on individual flights may not be identical which explains potential pricing differences. DL fares would earn 2866 MQD based on fare paid (base fare + carrier surcharges shown below), while VS fares earn 30% of distance flown as MQD on C/D/I/Z fares (14916 miles roundtrip in this case) for about 4474 MQDs. So VS fares are the obvious choice on this route with cheaper Z fares.
