You are ALREADY at Narita, may as well just take a flight to KIX, and then take the Haruka direct to Kyoto. It’s dirt cheap to fly a LCC like Jetstar or Peach to KIX.
yeah, but separate tickets mean you risk delays/misconnecting, or book a longer connection.... accept this risk
