Why did they switch? I thought Delta One Ex Delta 777-200 LR is a better product in business class with privacy door compared to Ex Ethiad 777? Isn't that right?

Can one upgrade AI 119 from Business Class to First Class? I booked using Turkish miles before point value degradation. I don't know how good first class is in comparison to business class on this flight.
