- What is your ALL status?
Platinum.

- Were you (or for multi-stayers were you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Yes, very.

- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked Superior, Upgraded to Luxury room.

- How are the rooms?
Very large, well equipped, very comfortable.

- What was good and what was bad?
Good:
- Location.
- Helpful and professional staff.
- Late check-out (5pm) granted easily.

Bad:
- Natural light: some rooms have a very narrow window so natural light is not at its best, especially in Bogota where it is often cloudy in the afternoon.
- Noise: The window is very soundproof but the street can be noisy if you open it. Also, I found that noise in the corridor can be perceptible inside.

- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge?
No lounge.

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks?
Welcome drink voucher granted at check-in, valid for wine or beer at the hotel bar. Note in the room with a welcome chocolate.

- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return?
Definitely a very good value. This is not my first time here and will definitely return.

Except from the bath salts, all amenities are from l'Occitane.

Nespresso machine and boiler, with complimentary coffee and tea
