The Airport Express train is cheap. It requires no changes and it stops at Tenkubashi. Those are the "plus" points, but it is an irritating journey with around 45 stops by my estimate.
There are a few flavors of train. The midday "Access Rapid" has 16 stops and takes a little more than 90 minutes between HND and NRT. The rush hour "Access Express" has 30 stops and takes closer to 2 hours, mainly because it stops every 2-3 minutes on the Keikyu and Asakusa lines. Past Oshiage the stops are spaced about 7 minutes apart on both trains. There is also a "Rapid Express" train that uses the old Keisei Main Line. That has 26 stops and takes about 2 hours.
Access Rapid and Rapid Express don't stop at Tenkubashi (or most of the other Keikyu stations). They go nonstop to Shinagawa.
