NCE-LHR (op-up'd to CE). No menu cards handed out - a clipboard with an allergy list was used by the member of CC who came through describing the dishes!




This was the cod, which was once again a somewhat bland dish but saved by the seasoning and vegetables. Bizarrely it was delivered with the foil intact, about 20 mins after departure, and drinks followed some 5 mins later. Normally it's the other way around

The lead CC was excellent and very smiley - my champagne glass was never empty for long and I was even asked if I'd like a top-up when exiting the loo (there's a first time for everything!).

My seat neighbour was asleep for half of the flight, snoring like a freight train
