Check them.
Properly packaged (there's bottle shipping cartons designed specifically for this purpose, although inside a suitcase they should be safe with some bubble wrap and layers of clothing around them as well) they'll survive the checked bag treatment OK.
I have taken many bottles along in checked baggage and breakage was very very rare - in 20 years of doing this I had only two broken ones to mourn.
